THE three deaths in police custody in just 11 days have reignited calls to set up the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC). The Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) set up two years ago in place of the IPCMC is seen as a watered-down and ineffective alternative.
