KUALA LUMPUR: The Session Court has granted Bank Negara Malaysia's application to postpone the return of assets of three Genneva directors and a former director acquitted of illegal deposit-taking involving more than RM141mil.
"After going over the submissions, I am satisfied that there is a need to grant a stay against the previous order to release the properties and exhibits seized," ruled Judge Rozana Ali Yusof.
