PETALING JAYA: PKR communications director Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad has been charged under the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 for alleged failure to inform the district police regarding the location of a recent Opposition rally.
Nik Nazmi, 31, the rally organiser, allegedly failed to inform the police within the 10-day stipulated time before the rally, dubbed Black 505, that took place at a stadium in Kelana Jaya.
