KUALA LUMPUR: Two constables were each jailed 14 days and fined RM10,000 by the Sessions Court here today after they were found guilty of soliciting and accepting a RM200 bribe from a businessman in connection with a traffic offence.
Hakim Rozilah Salleh ordered the two accused, Herman Latui and Mohammad Hassim Mustapa, both 27, to serve the jail terms from Friday and also imposed an additional three months jail if they defaulted on the fine.
