Tourists returning to Sabah’s east coast

SANDAKAN: East Sabah’s tourism cash registers have begun ringing again following the Sulu terrorist intrusion in Kampung Tanduo, Lahad Datu in February.

Kinabatangan Corridor of Life Tourism Operators Association (KiTA) president Alexander Yee said this was based on the number of tourists flocking to the district and Kinabatangan via packages offered by KiTA-registered tour operators.
