PUTRAJAYA: Parties disputing the outcome of 13th general election can file a petition 21 days after the results have been gazetted, said the Attorney-General’s Chambers.
Deputy Solicitor-General II Datuk Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah said the High Court must finish the hearing of the petition six months after this was filed, adding that an appeal to the Federal Court must also be completed in the same period.
