KAMPAR: Nine independent Chinese schools are now getting regular income from their oil palm venture and this has given hope to the community that school fees can be lowered.
Cho Won Choon, 42, whose son is studying in SM Pei Yuan here, said reduced fees would make the schools more accessible to children from poor families.
