GEORGE TOWN: A battle royale is brewing in Penang with a possible square-off between Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and state Barisan Nasional chief Teng Chang Yeow in Padang Kota.
Lim issued the challenge to Teng yesterday, telling reporters: “Since he wants a face-off, let's go back to his old constituency where he was assemblyman for three terms.”
