Ex-MPSJ officer claims trial to RM250,000 cheating charge


SHAH ALAM: A former Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) officer claimed trial to 15 counts of making false claims by submitting 15 fake invoices from seven companies and an individual involving the supply of signboards and trash cans.

Ahmad Faizal Azhar, 41, who was an MPSJ community service assistant director, allegedly gave the fake invoices to MPSJ corporate and planning director Hamizun Mohd Basar and MPSJ community development department director Haini Salleh at MPSJ office between Jan 7 and Dec 30, 2011.
