SHAH ALAM: A Nigerian syndicate thought its plan to ship drugs overseas in high heels was a shoo-in but police caught on to it.
Last Tuesday, police busted the syndicate, comprising three Nigerian men aged between 23 and 32 and students of private colleges here.
