TAMPIN: The press secretary of Human Resources Minister Datuk S. Subramaniam was among two people killed when the car he was in collided with another vehicle at KM323 of the North-South Expressway near here.
Sivam Balan, 35, died on the spot while a driver with the ministry, Hazrin Hasan, also 35, succumbed to his injuries as he was rushed to hospital.
