A 44-YEAR-OLD electrician has been arrested for allegedly installing a hidden camera in a water heater he had fixed in his neighbour's bathroom in Kerala, South India, on Monday, Makkal Osai reported.
Police said T. Reghunath fitted the camera with a transmitter which sent images from the bathroom to a computer-linked receiver installed at his house.
