PETALING JAYA: Police have denied that cafeteria helper Mohd Hilmi Mohd Hasim is being wrongfully detained for alleged terrorist activities.
Federal special task force (operations and counter terrorism) director Comm Datuk Mohamad Fuzi Harun said that under the new Special Offences (Security Measures) Act 2012, police would have 21 days since he was detained on Feb 7 to complete their investigations.
