BUTTERWORTH: A father claims that his daughter has been suffering from emotional distress after she was allegedly caned, sent out of class and told to apply for a transfer by a female teacher for failing to complete her homework.
Syahrul Asmawi Rashid, 35, said his daughter, Nur Emilia, 12, a Year Six pupil had refused to return to school as the teacher had told her to fill up a transfer form and move to another school.
