ALOR SETAR: The Kedah Government should explain how it would repay the RM330mil loan for the construction of Kolej Universiti Insaniah (Kuin) campus in Kuala Ketil, Baling.
State Gerakan Youth chief Tan Keng Liang said that the loan was taken by a state government-link company Bina Darulaman Bhd (BDB) but there was no explanation on who would service the repayments during the 15-year loan tenure.
