PUTRAJAYA: The Foreign Ministry has confirmed that two Malaysians are among the hostages held at In Amenas gas facility in Algeria.
Wisma Putra said in a statement on Thursday that it was informed that the duo were employees at the gas facility when they were held captive by terrorists in the attack on Wednesday.
