IPOH: A 36-year-old sub-contractor has been charged with raping and committing carnal intercourse with his 14-year-old daughter at their makeshift container home here in Bandar Baru Menglembu.
The man who was charged under Section 377B of the Penal Code, allegedly committed the offence at 3am on Dec 20 last year.
