BATU PAHAT: The Education Ministry is looking into ways to reduce the number of low enrolment schools by relocating or merging the schools, said Deputy Education Minister Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi.
There are a total of 2,061 schools nationwide categorised as small schools or low enrolment schools which have less than 100 students, he said.
