KUALA LUMPUR: For every baby born this year, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has proposed that its parents plant a tree in the city to commemorate the birth and help achieve the greener KL initiative.
Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib said DBKL would approach hospitals in the city to seek their cooperation in implementing the proposal.
