KUANTAN: Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said he has directed the ministry's secretary-general to take disciplinary action against officers who misappropriated funds.
In responding to cases of misappropriation in the Health Ministry brought to light in the Auditor-General's Report 2011, Liow stressed that civil servants have to always act according to the Government's circular and must not take the law into their own hands.
