KUALA LUMPUR: Former Cabinet minister Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir was never given a chance to look at all the documents until he testified at the trial, the High Court heard.
Abdul Kadir, in denying that he had contradicted his police statement when giving his testimony, said he considered his responses to the police officer when his statement was recorded on July 6 last year as “general”.
