KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution will amend the charges in the RM100mil criminal breach of trust case involving former Sime Darby Bhd president and group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Ahmad Zubair Murshid, the Session Court here heard on Tuesday.
DPP Kevin Morais told the court that amended charges would be formally tendered on Nov 9.
