LONDON: “Datuk Lee Chong Wei will deliver”. That is the firm conviction of jubilant Malaysians who had the chance to see the badminton superstar in action at the London 2012 Olympics.

Their confidence in the national hero escalated further after Lee beat Chen Long of China 21-13, 21-14 in 54 minutes in the first semifinal yesterday, securing for Malaysia a fifth ever Olympic medal, all of them in badminton.
