KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Bhd (TV3) to file its defence statement over the RM50mil defamation suit filed by former Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin.
The suit is in relation to Mohammad Nizar’s tweets on the WWW 1 vehicle registration number.
