MALACCA: As local Muslims observe the holy month of Ramadan, Renaissance Malacca Hotel (RMH) has engaged the services of chef Mahmoud Mashalih from its sister hotel, Petra Marriott in Jordan to tantalise the palates of its diners with a never-ending selection of Middle Eastern delights for true gastronomists.

Chef Mahmoud, who is the executive sous chef at Petra Marriott, together with executive chef James Francis and his team, have devised a plethora of lavish iftar dishes to appeal to the most discerning of taste buds.
