SHAH Alam City Council (MBSA) has issued summonses to more than half of the Ramadan traders at the Malawati Stadium for flouting rules and regulations set by the council.
Shah Alam mayor Datuk Mohd Jaafar Mohd Atan, who visited the bazaar together with licensing and enforcement officers from the council to check on the level of cleanliness, said he was surprised that most of the 311 traders did not have rubbish bins at their stalls and were not wearing aprons or caps.
