Resort distributes Ramadan favourite


MALACCA: Philea Resort and Spa in Ayer Keroh here commenced the Holy Month of Ramadan by distributing 7,000 packs of bubur lambuk to the masses including orphans, guests and associates of the resort. The majority of the resort associates gathered as early as 8am to set up tents, tables and chairs while the resort’s chefs led by executive chef Azmi Desa, and supported by sous chefs Fezerine and Jackie Helmante displayed their skills to prepare the delicious bubur lambuk.

Resort’s general manager Ronald Choong said the main aim of the event was to reach out to the public and the needy from all races in order to encourage the spirit of 1Malaysia.
