PUTRAJAYA: The police are working on a new module to train security guards to tackle the perceived crime wave in shopping malls and carparks, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.
He said the police are expected to finalise the training module “as soon as possible” so as to better prepare the 25,000-odd security personnel currently employed by some 330 shopping malls nationwide.
