PUTRAJAYA: Tourism Malaysia will file for a stay of execution on the recent court order to liquidate its troubled business arm, Pembangunan Pelancongan Nasional Sdn Bhd (Pempena).
Tourism Malaysia chairman Datuk Dr Victor Wee said they expected to file their application by the end of this week, while working on an amicable solution to Pempena's RM12.4 mil debt to a private company in the purchase of 120 cars.
