Public funding vital for research, says Khaled

PUTRAJAYA: Public funding of science and non-science research programmes are important for the country’s progress, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said.

He added that the results of the research programmes bring tremendous benefits to the country and advised university administrators and research groups not to concentrate on scientific research alone.
