SEREMBAN: The Sessions Court here acquitted and discharged blogger Khairul Nizam Abd Ghani, 31, or also known as Aduka Taruna among bloggers, who was charged of insulting the Johor royalty two years ago.
Judge Datin M. Kunasundary made the decision after the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case.
