KUALA LUMPUR: A Selangor Turf Club member has lost a suit against the club chairman and seven others for breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence over the purchase of RM30mil worth of shares in a public listed company.
In dismissing Lee Tak Suan’s claims, High Court’s Justice Asmabi Mohamad held that the eight did not commit any breach of trust nor acted in breach of fiduciary duty when investing in Fountain View Development Bhd shares.
