KUALA TERENGGANU: The Home Ministry's Quran Text Control and Printing Licensing Board has approved 46 licences to print and publish the Quranic text until March this year.
Its chairman, Tan Sri Harussani Zakaria, said the board had also issued 399 certificates for the final proof of the Quranic text during the same period.
