BUTTERWORTH: A 62-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to her daughter-in-law's flat after assaulting her in Taman Tun Hussein, Seberang Jaya, here.
The woman was picked up after the victim, a 39-year-old primary school teacher, lodged a report at the Seberang Jaya police station following the incident on Tuesday.
