KUALA LUMPUR: A former nurse was acquitted and discharged by a Sessions Court here of trafficking an eight-month-old baby girl in June last year.
Sessions Court Judge Ahmad Zamzani Mohd Zain made the decision yesterday after the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case against Gulab Jan Abdul Jabir, 50, without ordering her to enter defence.
