MALACCA: A former state Land and Mines Department assistant director and an assistant land officer claimed trial in the Sessions Court here for allegedly accepting a RM5,000 bribe from a property owner.
Based on the statement of facts, Lilyhanah Abdul Salam, 29, and Danial Rahmad, 46, had allegedly agreed to accept a RM5,000 bribe from Tee Seng Hoo through a middleman named Toh Meng Lee at 10.35am last Aug 8.
