Chua: Time to look to other countries for maids

LABIS: Malaysians should get used to the idea of getting maids from countries other than Indonesia as it is pointless to hire single-role maids.

MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek described the “one maid, one task” decision taken by the Malaysia-Indonesian joint task force for the deployment, placement and protection of Indonesian domestic workers as senseless.
