KUALA LUMPUR: A CEO’s RM20mil suit against Celcom Axiata Bhd for alleged breach of privacy involving her SMSes and telephone conversations was dismissed by the High Court.
Noor Haslina Abdullah, 41, who then headed the student intake division of Kolej Islam Sains dan Teknologi in Kuala Terengganu, filed two cases against Celcom for breach of privacy, confidence, contract and negligence in 2010.
