KUALA LUMPUR: The government consulted Cuepacs representatives through three national joint councils which convene at least thrice a year when drawing up the Public Service New Remuneration Scheme (SBPA).
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said unscheduled meetings were also held between government top officers and members of the Cuepacs executive council.
