Teacher says sorry for assaulting Form Two student

KLANG: The teacher who had allegedly assaulted a Form Two student has apologised to the boy and his mother.

Lim Kean Huat, a music teacher from the Chung Hua High School, admitted getting into a scuffle with Ng Shoon Vee, 14, but claimed he did not know the severity of the boy’s injuries at that time.
