Family of murdered man laments lack of action

IPOH: The family of a restaurant helper who died after being beaten up is demanding to know why the attacker was not charged with murder.

Yip Chee Meng, 50, said his younger brother Chee Pan was beaten up by a man at a coffee shop in Salak Bharu, Sungai Siput, on Jan 26 and died at the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital two days later.
