KUALA LUMPUR: With his hands clasped in thanks, 84-year-old S. Sethu smiled gratefully at the prime minister as he received his citizenship certificate.
Sethu, who was the oldest among the 100 receiving their MyKad and citizenship on Tuesday, said he was happy his 47-year wait had come to an end.
