PETALING JAYA: Australia's Lynas Corp has been granted a temporary operating licence (TOL) by the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) for its controversial rare earth processing plant in Kuantan.
The board, in a statement Wednesday, said it decided in its meeting Monday to approve Lynas application after getting public feedback.
