KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set Sept 23 to hear clarifications on the prosecution’s appeal against the acquittal of former Commercial Crimes Investigation Department director Datuk Ramli Yusuff on a charge of not disclosing information on his assets and shares.
Justice Ghazali Cha set the date after Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Abdul Razak Musa told him that both parties had filed written submissions over the appeal.
