PETALING JAYA: It’s a few days before school re-opens and parents are looking forward to free textbooks for their children.
Although some parents were unaware of the free textbook scheme which was announced in the 2008 Budget, many were relieved they now had a little extra to spend on workbooks and other essentials for the children.
