Carcass of gigantic grouper fish washes ashore

A gigantic grouper fish weighing an estimated 50kg washed up on the shores of Teluk Bahang in George Town. The fish was already decaying when it was found at 8.30am Sunday, and is believed to have washed to shore following heavy rain that day. Tourist boat pilot Mohd Shahrin Sabudin, 32, who found the carcass, said he saw a huge object that looked like a log of wood on the shore. "As I drew nearer I was stunned when it looked like a gigantic dead groper fish," said Mohd Shahrin.
