A syndicate is selling Malaysian citizenship documents to foreigners who first enter the country using their own passports. The full package, which includes a Malaysian passport, MyKad and birth certificate, is available for RM150,000 with a passport alone costing RM50,000, MyKad (RM15,000) and birth certificate (RM5,000).
