The former US president’s objectives in coming up with a new building in Chicago, the city that launched his journey to the nation’s highest office, is not just to house a library but to help the community move forward.

BARACK Obama unveiled the plan for his presidential library in Chicago, a modern, US$500mil (RM2,190mil) project he hopes will be a training ground for future leaders housed in the city that launched his career last Wednesday.
