VICTORIA Institution’s Old Boys’ Association Foundation (VIOBAF) welcomes old boys and donors to raise funds for initiatives under its master plan.
Donors can help by contributing to the school’s scholarship fund, which hands out financial aid and provides school uniforms and bags, said its chairman Andrew Abishegam.
