ALL district education officers (PPD) and school heads throughout the country must stress on safety facilities in their schools, said Deputy Education Minister Datuk P. Kamalanathan.
He said this was in line with the circular issued in 2000 which asked the PPDs and school heads to monitor all facilities to avoid tragedies among their staff and students.
